We contracted with Precision Tile of ***, NC based on nine outstanding reviews on [redacted] Precision Tile indicated they could do all the needed workThe work was remodeling two bathroomsFollowing are some of the issues: 1.) lack of knowledge installing plumbing fixtures, 2.) using wrong type plumbing connections, 3.)'beavering' floor joists vsusing hole saw (they said their hole saw bit was broken), 4.) using galvanized fittings when told not to, 5.) not properly securing/stabilizing riser pipes for tub, 6.) using wrong screws to secure flooring - the ones used will rust over time allowing floor to pop, 7.) newly installed water line leaking, 8.) water damage to lower floor ceiling caused by not ensuring valve was completely closed, 9.) used fan during construction blowing dust throughout home, 10.) added numerous costs to final bill for rework caused by poor workmanship, 11.) added costs to final bill in violation of their contractWe settled on a final amount too soon as we have since discovered some of the above issues
