I am rejecting this response because:MrD*** is currently working on resolving the issues The work being done is to complete the original job Old windows with stucco over the frame causes it to be very difficult for a regular handyman to replace the windows If Mr D*** does not complete the windows and I hire somone one else, my fear is that the work will be considered improper years down the road and no guarantee will be honoredMrD*** did measure the windows and will install them, for an additional fee But we are on good terms and working together

***, only thing left to do is redo outside bands around the new windows installedthe storm windows were not the same size and the prime windows were the same sizetherefore bands did not look the same after all was finishedwill be doing that in the next few weekshave not found out on the plexiglass yet but will take care of that at the same time
