When I purchased my pool, it came with complementary one month (Weekly) comprehensive pool service. Conversation with the pool guy was awkward and unfriendly. I asked a few questions and he wasn't very willing to have a conversation. I tested the chemistry before, after and in-between visits and it was never correct. Even so much so, I called the company and canceled before the last free visit. I actually watched the poolguy not put any checmicals in the pool, even when levels were way off. I ended up finding a reputable company on Angies List. They came out and balanced everything correctly. I called to complain, but no one ever called me back.
