At this time, I have been contacted directly by Precision Sewing Machine Company regarding complaint ID 12020556, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: the owner contacted me to say he hadn't done anything to fix my machine but I could come in and get ithe said he would call me next time he was in the shop but I haven't heard anything from him since then that call was a few weeks ago Sincerely, [redacted] ***
