I am rejecting this response because:
I didn't go into speak with them because I am workingAnd honestly, after the way I was treated while I was there and when I called originally, I was very uncomfortable. I also don't see what my CREDIT rating not being “up to par” has to do with anything of my complaintTherefore, you can see the kind of hostility I am receiving from this company about me personallyHaving my mother co-sign for a loan has nothing to do with the price of the car (except for maybe the interest rate charged). They are just trying to make me look bad While I did NOT go into the office (or refused as they said)… I did speak in length with the person that called me about the charges on I did let the person know, that the reason that I did not go into the dealer, and I TOLD HIM THIS, is that I work FULL TIME and as I stated, I let him know that I did not feel comfortable going into the building and being face to face with these people who had obviously treated me rudely and overcharged me previously He tried to explain to me about what was taxed and how the residual car price that I was told on my original lease was $12,becomes $14,due to fees that THEY have to pay to the bank since I ended my lease weeks early, etcApparently, we also paid for extended "etching" protection on the windows for security and a whole bunch of other stuff Basically, he was letting me know that the price was the price and that nothing was “wrong” on his end and if I wanted to come in, he could THEN show me the informationI was quite intimidated by this request to come into the office actually. Not sure why this would have been hard to work with over the phone So I guess we are at a stand stillWe ended the call with me letting him know that I wasn’t satisfied with the flip flop answers that were provided to me. As far as I am concerned, I will just leave it as the fact that I will not support their company ever again nor will I recommend them to anyone Thank you*** ***
Checked with the accounting office. They tell me that the check was sent to *** *** *** by certified mail on January 22, 2016. Hope that this helps the situation. Tell us why here
The check was mailed on Friday. We had to wait for the title to the Lexus to come in. She should receive the check in the next couple of days
MR. & MRS. [redacted] DID PURCHASE THREE VEHICLES FROM PARAMUS HYUNDAI, THE THIRD VEHICLE WAS IN FLORIDA WITH THEIR SON, MR. DAVIDSON TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO DRIVE DOWN FLORIDA TO DROP OFF NEW SONATA TO HIS SON, HIS PLAN WAS TO ALSO DRIVE BACK THE LEASE RETURN THAT HIS SON WAS DRIVING....
AT NO TIME DID I TELL MR. [redacted] TO TURN THE LEASE IN DOWN IN FLORIDA. WHY WOULD I LEAVE MYSELF OPEN FOR CHARGES ON HIS LEASE RETURN WHEN I COULD HAVE SIMPLY REPAIRED ANY ISSUE HERE AT OUR DEALERSHIP.
Spoke to Hyundai corporate and our Hyundai certified mechanic and the customer installed bulb incorrectly, ending up causing a high ramp fuse issue. Customer created a bigger issue by attempting to fix vehicle himself when we were here to help him. If customer installed bulb correctly he wouldn't...
have had these expensive repairs. We are declining to pay the $800.00 to fix the repairs. I can offer customer a VIP card though where he can save 15% off labor for the lifetime of repairs and he can use this card moving forward at our service department to make services more affordable.
Customer brought in vehicle and we had one of our Hyundai certified mechanics diagnose. After diagnostic was performed, mechanic found that the thermostat needed to be replaced so we replaced it and check engine light was cleared before giving vehicle back. Customer ended up coming back a couple...
weeks later with another concern so we re-diagnosed and fixed the customers vehicle free of labor. After putting 1000 miles on the vehicle, customer came back with check engine light on again, this is when the battery was recommended. We are willing to help customer with repairs but she needs to allow us to replace the battery before we can move forward in further diagnostic of what is causing her check engine light. Customer approved all prior work that she is looking to receive money back for, we have a signed repair order with signature and customers birthday. We also gave customer a $137.00 discount towards repairs completed.

I am rejecting this response because: according to the response the "customer" installed the bulb incorrectly causing the issue. This is a false statement as the customer did not install a bulb at all. I removed the bulb, which cracked in my hand. I am again requesting a full refund. The fact that removing a bulb can cause severe wiring issues through out the car does not make sense and can only be a design flaw. If anything, a fuse should have blown which would have cost only a few dollars to fix. In addition to the full refund I am requesting proof of the damage that was caused by removing the bulb.

I am rejecting this response because: THE QUOTE WAS $348. I WAS CHARGED OVER $1,000 PLUS AN ADDITIONAL $137 FOR A PART THAT WAS NOT NECESSARY ACCORDING TO OUR MECHANIC. WE TOOK THE CAR TO ANOTHER MECHANIC WHO GAVE US THE DIAGNOSTIC REPORT THAT SHOWED THE SAME CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND THERMOSTAT (BOTH THINGS THE DEALERSHIP CLAIMED TO HAVE FIXED) ADDITIONALLY, I BROUGHT THE CAR BACK BEFORE DRIVING UPSTATE AND WAS TOLD IT WAS FIXED, THEN I DROVE UP TO MY FAMILY IN UPSTATE NEW YORK AND AGAIN THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. WHEN I BROUGHT THE CAR IN IT WAS THEN I WAS TOLD THE DIAGNOSTIC WAS UNABLE TO BE READ WITHOUT A NEW BATTERY. I REQUESTED THE MANAGER ASK THE OWNER TO GIVE ME A CREDIT SINCE THE QUOTE AND THE CHARGE WAS AN $800 DIFFERENCE. MY HUSBAND DID NOT AUTHORIZE THE $800, HE WAS TOLD THAT ADDITIONAL WORK NEEDED TO BE DONE, HE WAS NEVER QUOTED AN AMOUNT, WE WERE BOTH LED TO BELIEVE THAT THE WORK BEING DONE WAS RELATED TO THE "BRAIN". THE MANAGER NEVER CALLED ME BACK OR RETURNED MY CALLS. I WOULD LIKE A CREDIT TO MY CREDIT CARD.

I am rejecting this response because:I received an invoice for both the car that I returned to the Paramus dealership and the car I returned in Florida. The dealership would not pay either invoice so both invoices eventually went to collections. Both cars were treated the same. Their statement, "Our General Sales Manager has said that he would not have told a customer to return a vehicle in another state as we could not be sure that there was no damage", doesn't add up. This statement sounds like they would avoid their 'out of pocket' cost if I returned the car to them instead of down in Florida, but I received an invoice for both cars. The dealership eventually sent me a check for the car that I returned to Paramus, but they did not include the takes. I then had to pay the collections group. They haven't sent me a check for the taxes on that vehicle and they are refusing to pay for the one I returned in Florida. Again, I didn't know I could return the car in Florida until they told me to return it there. I did as they instructed me to do and all I want is for them to hold up their end of the agreement.
