Precision Products

After receiving the first Revdex.com email, I checked into the parts sent in by the customer, determined what was the problem holding things up, then contacted and talked to the customer, explaining the situation.  He seemed understanding about the situation, and I am currently finishing up his work...

and expect to be getting his parts back to him in the next few days. Now that the weather has finally gotten warm enough I can consistently work in my shop again, I have been working a lot and hadn't gotten around to responding to the Revdex.com email yet.
