Review: Owner of company told me in writing, multiple times, he would replace a broken floor cover that had prematurely failed after 3 months in service. After weeks of waiting for this company to make good on their pledge of replacement I attempted to contact again. Company would not answer phone calls or texts from me. I grew tired of the run around from this company, so I completed the repair myself.Desired Settlement: [redacted]. spent $25 dollars and 2 labor hrs getting the replacement part and installing. [redacted]. bills $85 per hr. for its labor time. Fair financial compensation would be $195 to cover the time and materials invested to resolve this issue.

However the loss of confidence and trust in this company is another matter all together. To be considered for future projects of [redacted]. and to be recommended as a reliable plumber would require a written acknowledgment, from company owner, of poor customer service, as well as a good explanation for such poor customer service, and changes made to improve customer service in the future.
