We had water coming through our ceiling on a Saturday morning We called and they had some one out within the hour to take a look They figured out the problem, Rick came out and fixed the issue He did a great job explaining what he was doing He stayed to test everything and made sure the issue was clear He was professional and friendly He went out of his way to make sure everything was clean before he left I was really happy with the service I would definitely use them again

I had Paul D and Christopher S at my house and they couldn't be nicerThey went right to the area and determined where the problem was coming fromThey were honest and trust worthyI would definitely recommend this company to anyone

Paul Dwas the technician who came out to resolve my plumbing problem He was very diligent and found a supply house to get the part needed even though it was getting late in the day I was very happy with his work

Unfortunately after many years of plumbing issues that came from Precision Plumbing that I was very satisfied with in my house, they have lost their edge with professionalism and experience.

#1 My toilet was leaking and we called Precision to come and fix it. AFTER they fixed the leak, the toilet kept running after a few hours. We called Precision to come out a second time to resolve this problem since it started having this issue AFTER they fixed the leak on that toilet. The tech told us that it was a flapper issue and that he would replace it for a fee of $150.00.

Why pay more for a problem to fix when they caused it in the first place. Toilet still ran after I replaced it for a $20 flapper. I called them and they came out a third time! They replaced the flapper and they wavered the 150 fee, but still charged me $20 for parts. Guess what...didn't fix the problem! Toilet still ran!! They then addressed it was an old toilet and needed to be replaced.

Shouldn't they have addressed that matter the first and second time they came out?! We asked for a refund of our money since they caused another issue with this toilet and they refused stating "It's a problem that just came up while dealing with the leak, because it was an old toilet." Basically saying "It's not our fault". Then they wanted to charge $800 for a new toilet and they'll refund the $20. They said they would send a tech out, FOURTH TIME mind you, and access the problem. I hung up the phone.

#2. I had a shower head and leaver replaced since it wasn't supplying the right amount of hot water that it should. Precision came out, accessed the situations and did a fine job resolving this matter and now I can enjoy a nice hot shower. Unfortunately the tech didn't install the shower door back into the shower and left a mess all over my bathroom floor and shower floor. I had to install the door and clean up after him. From a tech perspective, that is NOT how you handle any kind of job!! Put things back the way you saw it and clean up.

Again, Precision had a good track record, but I'm afraid that they aren't what they used to be. It's sad really, I really liked them. Now they lost a customer.

Precision's service tech, Richard, came out promptly on a Saturday evening, located with great effort the submerged cleanout pipe and had the tree rootball cleared out within a half hour. Great job. Friendly fellow.

When I couldn't clear the drain in my house I called Precision, Richard arrived on time with a good attitude,and did not over talk the work . He got the drain cleared and offered to clean up after. very professional. And I would recommend to family and friends.

Precision Plumbing's Ethan was knowledgeable and consulted with me on several of my plumbing issues. He was not the least bit pushy, but gave me enough information and price estimates to help me decide. He then completed the work efficiently and left the area clean.
