I hired this company to paint and build a porch for me. The painting has been very well done, overall a good job with that. The porch however required a general contractor, which is why I chose this company. The work was then sub contracted out to a company that did a less than good job. They could never give me a time line for anything, some of the work required inside access. They littered my yard with cigarettes, even throwing them near my gas lines entering my house. They used lumbar that was damaged, half-[redacted] as much of the work as they could and when asked to come back to repair, where a no show. The carpentry was shotty along with just lack a quality workmanship. I was in constant contact with Precision, as I hired them but could not ever get the guy to meet me to go over the work. I ended up finding out the sub contractor never got the final inspection after refusing to meet me. That was resolved only to have my punch list half completed and additional no show for the work. This project cost around 16,000.00 in addition to time off work, rearranging my schedule and really getting less than the work that I was paying for. I would not recommend them to anyone.","neg-1
