Review: SCAM ALERT!! Day 1: 7/**/2015 - 1 guy showed up. Precision Painting took my 2/3 deposit, dropped off paint in my apartment, and then disappeared.
No work at all done in my apartment.
Their estimator, Alan, told me that his estimate was for 6 to 8 guys to paint my entire 2 bedroom apartment and they had 1 guy show up today that disappeared after the 13 pails of paint arrived.
I'll update tomorrow if they show up to do the work agreed to in the contract that they did not complete today.Desired Settlement: Finish the job on July **, 2015 with a crew of at least 8 guys.

Review: So we hired precision paint to do a complete job in our home including the floors being done and the painting of a few rooms. They didn't paint one item in the contract ( bathroom vanity). and completely put the wrong floor color in one of the rooms. They didn't clean the surfaces or sand as they said they would in the contract in their contract. While they were using their machines to sand the floors we lost power in one of the rooms. They also damaged our dining room trim very badly
They accepted the fact that they did the wrong color in one room and did not paint one item in the contract. The accepted about a 500 reduction in damages to the home. They were unwilling to fix the trim or fix the electricity.Desired Settlement: Fixing the trim damaged in the dining room and fixing the electric problem.

Review: Precision Painting Plus was contracted by me to skim coat and paint my ceiling in May of 2012. Unfortunately, 6 months later, I noticed some large cracks beginning to appear. I called the company in Feb 2013 and the representative came to the house and acknowledged that it was major a problem and said it would be fixed soon as possible. It is now 13 months since and after many calls and promises, the ceiling has yet to be repaired. On March [redacted], I once again contacted the company and once again the representative promised to repair the ceiling before the end of this current week (weekending March **). Of course that did not happen and I'm not sure if it ever will!Desired Settlement: I would like to have Precision Painting Plus repair the ceiling and then refund the cost of the original job which amounts to $1184.64. I've had to look at their crummy work for almost 1 1/2 years!

Response:
To Whom it May Concern,
I acknowledge that there was a time lapse for service when the customer called in 2013.
When he called again this March 2014, we hopped right on it. The person who handled it was
[redacted]. He spoke to the customer and they had agreed that [redacted] would call back with a couple of dates.
During this call the customer acknowledged that a couple of days a week he worked from home.
The day that [redacted] and [redacted] spoke, [redacted] was notified of a reschedule for another job and had an open day available to address [redacted]'s concerns.
[redacted] tried calling the customer 5 times that day, in fact leaving a message apologizing for calling many times.
We try calling [redacted] every week. As of today he has yet to return one phone call.
As soon as he calls us back, we will stop everything to get the work repaired.
We would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible and apologize for the delay in response.
