Precision Occupational Medical Group

Review: At the time of my testing at Precision Occupational Medical Group, I was asked to pay a copay of $40.00, which I did at that time. When I later received my explanation of benefits from my health insurance, they indicated I should have paid a $25.00 copay. I tried on a couple of occasions to obtain a refund of the overpaid amount from Precision and they refused to give me the difference back.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the difference between the price I paid ($40.00) and the amount my insurance's explanation of benefits indicated I should pay ($25.00). The refund amount requestd is $15.00. Thank you!
