I have spoken to the customer and to the best of my knowledge, he is satisfied The customer received the parts that were ordered on Monday, 1/25/ Please reference UPS Tracking #1Z[redacted] The phone conversation that sparked this complaint was with our Sales Manager The customer called and was very upset and was cursing at our Sales Manager from the start of the conversation He tried to help the customer to no success The customer was not called an A**hole directly by our Sales Manager He asked the customer if he was going to calm down or continue to be an [redacted] While I don’t agree with this response, I believe it was said out of frustration after being cursed at for quite some time Our Sales Manager has been spoken to about this matterJ [redacted] ***Director Global Sales
Please see attached email and response back from customers email server.We have tried to reach out to the customer to remedy this concern and have left two messages to call Vortech. We have not received a call back.- 2/2/@ 1:PST- 2/3/@ 3:PSTEmail was sent on 2/4/@ 7:35am and an email rejection was received on 2/6/@7:39am.At this time we are unable to speak to this customer to remedy his concerns.Please advise.Thank youJ*** *** Director Global Sales

I received incorrect parts and immediately called the company to notify themI left a voicemail and haven't heard back
