significant discount to try to remedy the situationThe cameras that were installed turned out to have an issue with night visionSafeco sent technicians out several times to diagnose and attempt to fix the cameras at no charge to *** ***Of course it is Safeco’s policy to make sure equipment is functioning properly after an installationWe contacted the manufacturer about the problems with the cameras and it was determined there was a defect and needed to be replacedThere was a delay in returning because weather plays a factor in completing outside camera workAt this point we have replaced one camera to ensure this corrects the problem, it has, and are prepared to replace the other when it is convenient for *** ***The issue with remote viewing was determined to be caused when the customer disconnected his internet service at the houseWithout internet the cameras can record, but cannot be viewed remotely on a phone, tablet, etc*** *** was advise of this and had his internet service turned back onWhen Safeco replaced the first camera we also reenabled the software for the camerasThis was not a failure in the equipment, but strictly due to the disconnection of internet serviceWe did not charge for our time to set the software up again
