On or about October 16, 2015, [redacted] informed me that he was having mechanical troubles with the vehicle. At that time I advised him that even though it was purchased as is, I would...

refer him to a mechanic which would repair the vehicle at a much lower price since he was my customer. A few days later when the repair facility informed [redacted] that the problem was a fuel pump, [redacted] advised us not to repair the vehicle since 30 days prior he had the same problem repaired by his own mechanic. He then had the car towed from my mechanic to his mechanic. I thought the problem was settled at that time since that was the last time I heard from him until this letter. I am rejecting this response because:
This does not solve my problem of making payments on a car that is currently not running, I have paid more then the blue book value for the vehicle and being that I have to make the repairs what would make sense is that I receive the title for the car and we part ways.
