This subscription was stopped on April 13, after it was returned to GateHouse by the USPS marked "Unclaimed". Consumer called on June 1, 2017 and his subscription was restarted effective with the June 22, issueConsumer was not charged for any issue between April 13,
and June 15, 2017. Consumer is only charged for a delivery by USPS Periodicals and not for First-Class Mail which is an additional expense to GateHouse. Due to Consumer’s multiple calls regarding late delivery, a GateHouse representative was personally mailing an additional copy of the newspaper in a First-Class Mail as a curtesy, however this is not a practice that continue.
