I would like to start by saying that Precision Jewelers has the best customer service in the area.  I have been a master goldsmith for almost 26 years and take great pride in our work.  When Dawn brought her ring in for repair the parts were ordered (we order once or twice a week) and...

unfortunately it was ordered in the wrong color.  It was reordered and the change on color was not changed so again it was reordered again.  We received the correct part and finished the repair.  When a new head is put on a ring or tips are done there is always a chance that one can snag or be sharp.  We always let our customers know if there is any problem at all to bring it in and we will take care of it while they wait.  When a prong is bent that is due to it catching on something and not the repair not being done correctly.  Dawn called and we informed her we would take care of the repair while she waited. We do not like to ever have unhappy customers and we do our best to make sure they are always happy when they leave our store.  The repair was done correctly and we are more than happy to fix the bent prong but do not see where a refund is necessary.
