Tell us why here...On May 27th, the day prior to the scheduled move back our office staff called and left a message for the customer to please return the call regarding the upcoming moveMay 28th, with no response from customer, staff called again, & did speak to customer Customer was informed that due to the widespread destruction to our community due to historic flooding, that we needed to reschedule the move back, as all personnel were assisting flood victims Staff that was helping customer that day, stated they did not use profanity, and other staff members present during the phone conversations confirmed that they did not witness profanity on the part of our staffThe staff member that was speaking to the customer has been with our company for almost years and has never had a complaint such as this before Customer requested a call from the owner Myself, the owner called the customer after being notified of the situationI explained to the customer again the current unusual circumstance due to widespread flooding, and proposed an alternate solutionUnder circumstance we provide turn key, moving Supervision, and on site unpacking services, if anything is broken or damaged during the move by subcontract movers our staff is their to identify damage and see to it that it is taken care of Customer stated she was alright with that and could provide the unpacking on her ownMovers were rescheduled for the following morning, and all items were retuned to he customer

Customer was informed that due to the widespread destruction to our community due to historic flooding, that we needed to reschedule the move back, as all personnel were assisting flood victims. Staff that was helping customer that day, stated they did not use profanity, and other staff members present during the phone conversations confirmed that they did not witness profanity on the part of our staff. The staff member that was speaking to the customer has been with our company for almost 6 years and has never had a complaint such as this before. Customer requested a call from the owner. Myself, the owner called the customer after being notified of the situation. I explained to the customer again the current unusual circumstance due to widespread flooding, and proposed an alternate solution. Under normal circumstance we provide turn key, moving Supervision, and on site unpacking services, if anything is broken or damaged during the move by subcontract movers our staff is their to identify damage and see to it that it is taken care of. Customer stated she was alright with that and could provide the unpacking on her own. Movers were rescheduled for the following morning, and all items were retuned to he customer.
