Precision Home Builders

I hired Precision Home builders to built my home. The house was completed in may of 2017. In November 2017 I reached out to Precision with several complaints regarding, 1) the joint compound tape peeling off walls in the house. 2)several window moldings and base moldings through out the house were missing caulking. 3)The master bed room door did not close at all, We were told by Eric of Precision Homes that the house was settling, and that I should make up a list of all the repairs because he would return in the spring of 2018 to make those repairs. it's been over a year and the door still does not close properly. 4)We had a leak on our living room ceiling because the plumbers did not install the shower strainer correctly. I called precision and the plumbers installed the strainer. however in order to make the plumbing repairs, the plumbers cut open our living room ceiling. Precision did come out to seal the ceiling but left with just a primer coat, we were told that they would return to paint, that was over a year ago. 5) also during November 2017 we noticed in the dining room and the kitchen areas that the luxury vinyl tile flooring screw heads were almost poking through the flooring and that in fact the flooring was buckling, and in fact it has been getting worse. we have reached out to Precision to resolve this problem and we been given the run around for well over a year on this matter as well. 6)we have a French sliding door and we were never given keys for it.
