The recipient of this gift certificate tried on many occasions to contact your business throughout the Fall of 2013, the spring, summer and fall of He took many hours off of work to accomodate this one hour of flight time, only to have it cancelled within hours of the scheduled flight time, by MrBencin The recipient called on many occasions only to leave a message on the answering machine, with no calls ever returned This one hour of flight time could have easily been redeemed if MrBencin would have been more conducive to scheduling HIS time We tried on EVERY attempt to get this one hour of flight time scheduled to be turned down, or told that phone calls would be returned Not only was dollars wasted but also many hours of work If MrBencin refuses to refund the original purchase price, legal matters will be pursued to obtain all monies and time lost due to his negligence of poorly planning this ONE hour of flight time, that was canceled by HIM on at least occasions with numerous phone calls made by us to rescheduled only to be given very poor excuses on why he couldnt schedule (i.e no appointment book available, fixing a flat tire, going on vacation or just plain ignoring our phone calls). AGAIN the flight time was never cancelled on our part and WE are the ones who repeatedly tried to rescheduleMrBencin had no plan on taking the gift recipient on a hour flight He took my knowing that within one year of constant cancels he would have my money and the gift recipients time for FREE This is stealing, I hope he can sleep at night.
