Precision Heating & Air

I selected Precision to replace our A/C unit a few years ago and have been extremely happy with their professionalism and service. We've needed repairs a couple of times on weekends and at night....they have always shown up and taken care of the issue promptly. I've done business with various HVAC companies in Texas over the past 30 years and Precision has been the absolute best!

This is their second visit to our house, & each time I have impressed by their friendliness, their technical expertise, & their pocket-friendly prices. Thank you Jorge, and great job Precision!

Great service. Technician came out for what I thought was going to be a simple capacitor switch out. Unfortunately the motor was bad, which turned it into a more complicated job with my older equipment. Even having to run and get a new motor in town, I was back up and running in a couple hours. Would recommend these guys.

Jordan was prompt (actually, early, after calling and informing me that he was available before scheduled, if that worked for me). He was respectful, a good listener and went out out of his way to problem solve my A/C issue.

Geoff was awesome, he was super professional and quick. There is nothing better than an efficient technician that is also friendly and informative. I know I will refer everyone I know to precision heating and air thanks to the people I’ve met from there so far. Thank you Geoff and the rest of the precision team!

Outstanding in every way. Prompt, informative, friendly and knowledgeable. Left the place as clean as they found it. Hard work going up and down stairs so many times. Ian and Shawn were professional, yet friendly and approachable. There is no doubt who I will use if I ever need anything else done. A+ 5 stars
