I filed a complaint for Precision Heating and Cooling. They came out yesterday and resolved the issue. I would like to withdraw my complaint.

Review: The owner came out to fix our air conditioning unit on Wednesday and was here for about an hour. We were told that a mouse chewed through wires and the wiring needed to be replaced along with the contactor. We were told after paying $225 ($200 in cash and $25 in check) that the AC unit was fixed and up and running. We were told that it may take a few hours for the house to get cool, so not to worry if the house wasn't cool right away. I woke up at 4:00am in the morning to a house that was 82 degrees and no cooling in sight. The air conditioning unit was making a loud clicking noise, so I turned off the unit and called the company. I was told someone would give me a call. Later at 1pm after calling the owner and the business 3x between 4am-1 the owner called and said he and his son were in a class and he wouldn't be able to come out until Monday but he was going to try and get someone to get out to my house. We have not heard back from him since after calling a few more times. We have a 2 month old baby and no AC. Their website and facebook say they are accredited through the Revdex.com for 9 years but when researching your site after having a problem with them, it looks like they are not accredited with the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like my $225 back since no repair was made and after trying several times to get in contact with them they seem to not want to respond back at this point. I feel like I was scammed.
