I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I originally contracted with the company based on sales pitch that the job could be completed within a week or two. The gutters were taken off one day and then not put back up until a week or two laterAt that point any time it rained I had large amount of water in my basement. I don't believe I am being unreasonable in why I am upset. I completely understand that weather can be problematic and things happen. My business goes through the same problem. But I was continuously being told that they would be there the next morning and not even showing up (with no phone calls or no problem with weather) or get there around PM and get a couple things done.
