We have been assisting the [redacted] family with their PowerOne warranty
claim. We initiated the warranty claim with PowerOne, on the customers behalf, once the customer
let us know their inverter was not working properly. We installed the new
inverter as soon as it was delivered by...

PowerOne. We are now waiting for the second
replacement inverter, as soon as we receive it, we will install it for the
customer. We are doing everything possible on our end to assist the customer
with their warranty claim with PowerOne.
