Review: We are having problems with the new floor recently installed in our kitchen by this contractor, all we request is that someone come by and look at it. They sent the two guys who installed it and they made it worse, the owner [redacted] said he would stop by but he hasn't. I am disabled and wheelchair bound and feel we are being treated unfairly. They were paid very well for this job but we dissatisfied with their workmanship.Desired Settlement: The Kitchen Floor they installed to replace our old floor is an inferior product but all we request is that they repair the poor workmanship on our kitchen floor.
