Precision Garage Door Service

This company is incredible. They have repaired our motor in the past and now they are installing a new door. Eric was awesome. Professional. Took his time and explained everything. I would recommend them to anyone needing repair or new garage door.

Prices are competitive, customer service is excellent, and work is performed meticulously.

They replaced one of my broken springs on my garage door last year. About 8 months or so later, the other spring broke. Technician did inform me this would happen if he didn't install both springs at the same. I figured he was just trying to get more $$$ out of me. I found another company that put in a new door, rails, rollers etc. They removed the door and informed, that the new spring Precision had installed was the wrong size (a 225, should have been a 250). I could see that it looked smaller but was told, that's just the way it looked, I took his word on it. Because I was not knowledgeable about the matter, their tech installed the wrong spring. It seems you have to be as knowledgeable as the experts to get good service, that's too bad. I would not recommend using them unless you know as much as they do. Their logo says "A Name You Can Trust", (hmm!)
