Garage door remote stopped working and replacing the battery didn't solve the problem. Mat did an excellent job. He replaced and programmed the remote and showed me what my options were. Since the door hadn't been checked or serviced in at least 6 years, I opted for that. The professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy he showed could not have been better. I would highly recommend this company.

After about an hour into the 2 door installation I went out in to my garage. My first comment was that they must have done this before. Matt B. and his co-worker were great. They explained every step of the job so I could understand it. They got the remotes and the cars set up perfectly. My garage was cleaner when they left that it was before they got here. Folks walking by on the street are already commenting on how great the doors look and want to know who installed them. These young men were polite, professional, hard-working and a pleasure to be around. You are lucky to have them in your employ. T. D

Arrived home from work at about 2:30 pm, called Precision Garage Door Service because I couldn't open garage. I had a busted spring, within two hours Travis was repairing my garage door. They might not be the cheapest but I will guarantee that they will repair or replace your garage door opener or needed hardware to last. Their garage openers are so quite you will be amazed. Worth the money if you like quality.

I had an excellent experience with Precision Door Service. Travis arrived when promised, was professional and did a great job of explaining what was needed in order to fix our issues. After providing the quotation for the work and my acceptance, he went to work. Three hours later he was finished and I was thoroughly pleased with the result!

Jason my tech was prompt and courteous. He fixed my doors with no fuss and professionally. No hype overselling, he was just right. The cost was very reasonable vs. other contractors who gouge people in nicer neighborhoods. I will use them again.

After completing the job, he reviewed with me what he'd done, and checked out the new system to be sure it was working properly. He was professional and friendly.

My garage door broke about 3:00pm on 12/10/2019 so I called Precision Door and they were very professional on the phone, took my information and had a service tech. out by 4:30pm same day. He arrived, assessed the situation, gave me a quote which I accepted and completed the job by 6:15pm. Ken was very cordial and pleasant to deal with unlike other companies that I have dealt with in the past. I highly recommend Precision Door to anyone needing garage door service & repair!!!
