I purchased two air conditioneer sleeves about three weeks ago for CASH.They cost $each.I have been a customer there for twenty years or so I did not use one-when I took it back for a STORE CREDIT,the manager said I don't see your name in the computer and how do I know you didn't steal it? When was the last time you left your name with a store for a small cash purchase? I was so incensed that I told him what he could do with it and walked out They currently have a $unit of hardware that I paid for and I want that money back,plus the tax I went in for a simple service transaction and was gratuitously insulted by a man who is manifestly a fool and not fit to serve any public in any managerial capacity,as neither I nor my business will ever purchase anything there again I realize it is hard to find good help,but Metropolitan Hardware seems to have cornered the market in Long Island City for exactly the opposite I complained to the main branch in New Y
