Review: I paid to deliver a box to the [redacted] for my relatives. The company said that they delivered the box to the wrong house and that the tenants in that house do not want to return the box.They also said that there is nothing they can do about the situation. The [redacted] of this company JB shipping & moving tells me that he is investagating , but he doesnt want to refund what I had paid to be deliveredDesired Settlement: I sent four boxes of Ensure milk for my father, he is very sick & frail. I also sent school supplys & clothes for my newphews/nieces, brothers/sisters, and cousins because they are starting college in the fall. I would like to recieve my belongings back & also the money I paid for it to be delivered to the [redacted].
