We charged him for simply extracting the water and application of antimicrobial and disposal of carpet pad. The new estimate that Mr. [redacted] agreed to pay was $750.26. I attached a copy of his estimate and also the authorization to perform services and direction of payment. It should also be noted that our technician Sebastian also did not say that it would cost $500 for service. Mr. [redacted] asked for a rough estimate and Sebastian stated what we charge for certain services and labor hours and, "that service could cost anywhere between $500 to $2000"
