Review: In summer of 2014, I hired the business of Precision Cutting Services, [redacted] CT to cut some of my trees in my property at [redacted] CT. This was fully paid for. The trees were cut and removed in the summer of 2014 but the stumps were not removed as agreed. Since that time I have called the company and spoke to one of the owners by name Yolanda. Yolanda kept apologizing to me each time I called giving me excuses and promises to come and remove the stumps. I even demanded to speak to Paul the owner whom I dealt with initially with no luck. Not even a single call from him to explain to me the reason why is taking this long to remove all the stumps from my property as we both agreed before I employed his services. I trusted Paul when I spoke to him initially to hire him to cut my trees but I'm really disappointed in him and the company. This is holding me up to do some other things on the property. All I want is for the stumps to be removed. I hope this can be resolved amicably without any further action.Desired Settlement: It is Precision Cutting Services responsibility to finish and complete the job in a good faith as promised to customer.
