I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.   First of all thank you very much for your very very valuable services. Without you, these businesses are making every effort to cheat customers legally.Summer energy called me and said that they will refund $20 re connection fees they are about to charge. Reason for contacting Revdex.com in the first place is: SE made it difficult to make payments by charging all types of fees, spent more than 30 mins on phone with customer service in December and made sure they will use auto pay to deduct without any fees. Thanks again!
