We performed repairs to said vehicle using the insurance co [redacted] estimate. The customer received the payment from the insurance company for the original payment of $1695.54. The funds were deposited into Ms [redacted]s account. Ms [redacted] wrote us a check for her deductible for the amount of $500.00 when she picked her car up. The check was returned for NSF. Ms [redacted] paid us $500.00 cash about three weeks later to replace the NSF check. We were still waiting on payment from [redacted] at that time only to find out that the funds were deposited into Ms [redacted]'s account. We started billing Ms [redacted] for the monies due us for the repairs. If you would like documentation from us as well as [redacted] we can supply to you.
