being his work email address which worked.I did delay shipping the package due to having to finish a very large job (250 Dictabelt recordings) and shipped the package to the address on the order form. Unfortunately, he wrote the address in the address column and the unit number in the Ship Via column and I didn't put the two together. After he complained, I looked up the tracking number and found the omission and corrected it. He then complained that I shipped it to the wrong address, but nowhere in any email did he say to ship the package to an address different from the order form.My small business is run from my house and has been for 14 years solely by me. I have a day job from which I have not retired yet, but am looking forward to.This year business I have been unusually busy and sometimes I have had a hard time keeping up due to the demands of my day job, my business, my family and my 1946 house. I try my best but sometimes there are too many balls to juggle. My standard line to customers is "Typical turnaround is one to three weeks". Emphasis on "Typical". I regret the delays and in order to placate Rob, I took the check and tore it up, so he got his job for free. I do value my customers' satisfaction, and so on the website, it says "Your satisfaction is unconditionally guaranteed with no fine print" and I stick by it.Your satisfaction is unconditionally guaranteed with no fine print.Your satisfaction is unconditionally guaranteed with no fine print.
