Precision Appliance Repair

I had Mr. come to my house to fix my washing machine.
After missing the first appointment, he showed up one hour late on the next day. I had to live the house due to his tardiness and my son stayed there for him to perform his job.
He claimed that he replaced the drain pump (cost of 105.00 dollars) and charged more than 200 dollars for a 30 minutes job. He did not leave the old pump behind. I ask for it and he did not answer. After paying this outrageous amount of money, I got back home and the machine was not working. I asked him to come back to redo the service and he said he could not. He told me he would come back next day. Next day arrived and he said he had an emergency and could not go. The third day came and I told him if he did not show up, I would pay another person to go there and fix it and I would ask for a refund. I was solely ignored by *** who I believe to be the owner of the company.He never got back in touch with me, neither respond my texts. I feel robbed in 325 dollars for a service that never fix my issue.
