Precision air has always taken good care of our heating/ac and plumbing needs. Costumer service kept me informed as to Jonathan's projected arrival and he arrived on time. He did our scheduled maintenance and was very professional. I am very happy with the service I received. LaRee W[redacted]

Our A/C was barely cooling the house and was running non-stop just to maintain an 80 degree temperature. The technician who came out on 8/10/21015 was Chris H[redacted]. He took the time to walk me through the A/C units problems. He provided the recommendations and was able to take care of the problem by replacing a capacitor and adding freon which was affordable for us. He added on our invoice a couple of options and costs for us to either have done when we can or know that at some point in the near future what we will have to repair on our aging unit which going on 13 years. Technician manny was very professional and knowledgeable. He was quick and friendly. Precision air stands behind their work. They have always helped anytime my unit has needed service or repair.

Just had visit from Cameron to look at a leak around the pipe going in to my garbage disposer... Pipe cracked from hard water build up... so he gave me information on my options and he replaced my garbage disposer. He gave me information so I could make an informed decision and was very professional and personable. He also gave me information regarding water softeners. Have always had an excellent experience with the representatives and the schedulers as well... signed up for another 4 years.

Many was so polite and I really loved the fact that he didn't pressure me to do extra things to the A/C system. He mentioned the duct cleaning but I told him SRP was going to do it for me. Unlike the last guy is that Precision sent, Manny didn't pressure me to use you instead of SRP. Manny is an asset to your company. Very professional.

Chris arrived early - I had called at 6 pm the night before & was told they would send a technician between 5 & 9 pm last night. I have 2 units & the one for the bedrooms quit. My 2nd unit just wasn't able to keep up with entire house, especially with the temps we've had. It didn't takeChris long to find & fix the problem. He was knowledgeable, friendly & explained the problem in layman's terms.

My wife and I needed a major update to our heating and cooling system in our home. We had contacted three firms in the area. Precision Air & Heating impressed us the most , coupled with them having done maintenance service on our equipment in the past.

We had a new system put in our home today. The crew was Guy, Eric, Josh, and James.

They were all fantastic in their efficiency, openness to our questions as they were working, as well as general demeanor with us as customers. I was particularly impressed in my observing how they interacted with each other in keeping up with each other, teaching one of the new folks on their team, and keeping us apprised as to their progress. They really know their job!

My wife and I were happy we picked Precision Air & Heating. We will certainly maintain our link with them in the future.

K.C. Arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very good at explaining the problem and the solution. He performed the work required. He was professional and polite. I felt very comfortable with him.

Manny was professional and personable and patient. He explained what he found and even showed a video of his findings, which is much better than me getting on the roof.

The technician Mark was professional, friendly, and informative.

I would like to think Manny with precision air, I just like to say that he is very professional polite and knowledgeable and very trustworthy I've been doing business with Percision so far Manny has been the best and most intellectual tech that I've ran into I would like to say thank you to Manny once again also he is a very very very great asset to your company

Tech was out today to get us cooling, made repairs and got on the PMA Agreement today for 4 years

The tech was an absolute delight, professional and courteous. Easy to talk to and personable. Felt totally comfortable on all levels of the visit to come and inspect the heating and cooling unit in my condo.

We recently contacted Precision Air (PA) to check a problem with our A/C unit. The tech was Chris H[redacted]. What a delight from start to finish. Chris listen to us describe the issue explain the ins and outs of our thermostat and then investigated our concern. He kept us informed as to the steps he would take and was very professional in all his investigation and repairs.
