Precise Garage Doors & Openers

Called Precision (phone book with coupons for Precision) to look at garage doors and get a new remote. Told me we needed new springs. Said he'd send proposal and we could call him. WHEN HE LEFT, HE DISCONNECTED SOMETHING SO IT WAS DISABLED WITHOUT TELLING ME!!!!! When we tried to open door a little while later, it wouldn't open. Called him right back and he said he was too far away to return. AND HE DIDN'T KNOW WHY IT WOULDN'T OPEN. Next day another company saw immediately when he'd done and reconnected it. I think this was completely dishonest. And I would not ever recommend this company again. Frauds!!
