Precise Cleaning

Mon, 04/11/7:am I am tho owner/operater of this business, and I want to clear up a couplethings said in the complaint that I take personal even though this abusinessI do not appreciate being called a crookI do not appreciate aliarI do not appreciate that a person can call another personunintelligentI will not refund any funds due to the following reasons1.The customer was told over the phone during scheduling what the cost was.It was not a surprise, and again before the cleaning was doneTheperson writing this review was not even present, so everything said abouthow long we cleaned and what was said about stains is all based off heresayThe person there during the cleaning didn't sign off on our work.He signed a contract stating the work was satisfactorily completed and paidus after the work was completeThe customer waited days to call us4days, a person can have a party in daysThe customer would not stopcursing and screaming long enough for us to try to rectify any situationwhen she did callThere is alot more I can say but I will remainprofessional

and never offered to resolve the issueVery disappointing. Our property manager couldn't believe that the carpet was actually cleaned, he thought we attempted to do it on our ownHe said he'd invite a professional & take care of itWe got charged $for that, on top of what we paid Precise Cleaning:(I don't know if this matters anymore but I am attaching some pictures: the carpets after Precise Cleaning; the carpets after the professional cleaning, and a copy of the billA picture is worth a thousand wordsI'll take the time to post it online as well, people need to know to stay away from this business. Thank you,•

Business owner called Revdex.com and stated that he has already refunded the consumer
