Precise Building

We hired ***/ MA Construction to repair/replace the rear roof of our house - from shingles to rubber. We paid 50% ($1800) for materials and he started tearing the roof off. Materials did not come until it was demanded and he did not get the correct materials. While he said he knew what he was doing, it was obvious from the start that he did not know what he was doing. We gave a cash advance on labor and an additional deposit for further work. Total of almost $3000 for a few pieces of OSB and rubber that was ruined by improper glue. They started the day before it started raining and did not bring tarps leading to sever house flooding. While trying to solve the problem, he has completely ignored all attempts to resolve the problem and we cannot contact him. I am amazed at the similarity to another customers problem.

I hired Mike M/MA Construction to do back part roof for our house....we gave him 50% down, he tore roof off the back half and then said he would do front half also - we said ok gave him 50% down on that part so he could do front and back together. we had a few changes - which was stated in the contract we could do.......he left our job to do another persons job - we called him and was pretty upset because our roof was open and exposed to the elements he never even tarped our roof, had a nasty rain flooded the entire house, and he never showed back up. He stole our money and never finished the job. Had to hire another contractor to do the job. We told him to give us 50% of our money back - he will not return our calls or letters

Mike M offered to install a basketball hoop onto my pole barn for $75.00.
Mike arrived and was unable to complete this job while asking the necessary tools.
Another mounting bracket was ordered and arrived.
Mike was contacted via cell phone, text and social media - however, he did not reply or offer any follow up service to complete this task. Mike was paid in full, in cash, $75.00 with promise to return and complete this task.

Highly recommended! They are great and respectful guys and got the job done in a timely manner. Also for a reasonable rate!
