Precious Touch Income Tax Service

Precious touch has done my taxes for almost 25 years. They saw me through the birth of my child and a bad divorce, and gave me very good directions regarding taxes and filing. I never feel uninformed when I go in because Mr. Kennedy explained everything to me and Miss Kennedy is extremely kind to call back and always answer questions. Their customer service is beyond above and I like how local they are. They know a lot of people in the community and are very rooted and grounded in the networks of the Conejo Valley and I very much will continue to use them as my tax service.

Review: I have been a client of Precious Touch using them for my taxes services for over ten years. [redacted] filed my income taxes for 2014 and appears to have failed to file the appropriate documentation with the IRS based on our telephone conversations. When my tax refund arrived it was short by 50 percent, and Mr. K[redacted] has not filed the necessary appeal, returned repeated phone calls left at both the office and cell number, nor responded to text or email messages left. I suspect now that he neglected to file the injured spouse documentation with my tax return and now needs to remedy his error but he has not communicated with me in weeks so I do not know what is going on at this point, if anything. I've emailed him at [redacted]@pacbell.net on the following dates: April 14, April 30, May 14, May 18, May 19, May 27 as well as telephone messages at both ###-###-#### and ###-###-#### on: May 5, May 6, May 8, May 11, June 3, and June 8 and sent a text message to ###-###-#### on June 8.Desired Settlement: His unprofessional approach to this situation needs to be resolved in short order and my fees for his services returned since he did not complete the tasks he was hired to perform as well as be reimbursed for the portion of my tax refund that I did not receive due to his error. (Total 267.50+2574=2841.50).
