I'm so grateful for Precious Pets! John was amazing and the communication was impeccable throughout the whole process! He put my mind at ease everytime I called, sometimes twice daily, I was a very worried cat mom. He delivered Leo safe and efficiently (from LA to NY). I will recommend to anyone moving and afraid of flying their pets, or in my case has no other choice. Thank you so much for everything you do!! ❤️

After previously, dealing with a possible scam company, I was hesitant to call another transport company for my beloved dog. after reading many reviews, I called Jill *** spoke to her, and informed her of my skepticism. she assured me that even though its July, the vans are fully equipped with generated air conditioners. that alleviated some of my fear, I went ahead and signed the forms, my pet was picked up by Dustin, who I had the pleasure of speaking to many times during the transport service. we talked as if we knew each other before. and my pet arrived within a day and a half to the specified place. I am hard to please, and this company delivered with the best driver around (Dustin) and the price is fair, and not expensive compared to some of the other companies. I am very pleased.
