At this time, I have been contacted directly by Cars Unlimited of Suffolk LLC regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I was finally able to get a service appointment for today, October **, 2016. This is months
after making the initial complaint and month after making a second complaint (both via email to Matt P***). It is also one month after I filed this complaint with the Revdex.com. The dealership is now refusing to make all the repairs free of charge because I am outside the general warranty of days or miles. My written complaints of the problems are not enough for them to make all the necessary repairs. Additionally, the reason I was not able to get a service appointment was the fault of the dealership since Ron never called me back and the service department would not make an appointment with me until I spoke with him.The only repair that will be made is to the back seat belt buckle. The remaining repairs will not be made. They told me I can speak with Todd, a manager, when he gets back from vacation at the end of the week to see if he would override this decision. I will be doing that, but I do not believe the dealership will be honoring the promise they made to me prior to purchasing this vehicle. I am prepared to file a lawsuit against this dealership, if necessary, and I told them as much.This dealership has a history of this type of behavior. I have found several complaints on the internet from other buyers that ran into the same service issues. I really hope there is something that the Revdex.com can do to help resolve this issue.
