Precision Tint

I was over charged for ***. He didn't do the work he described over the phone. He came late and took over 3 hours to do the job in which he did not finish. He told me he would come back Monday to finish. *** There were *** he did and 3 of the windows the *** wasn't sized right and falling off. There is also scratches ***. I called him right away he wouldn't pick up his phone or answer texts when he finally did he had said it was his fault he had rushed and would fix everything I told him I just wanted him to remove everything and give me my money back I would go else where. *** he kept changing the time of our scheduled apt on Monday. When he came to my house he refused to give me my *** back and said he didn't have time nor did he want to remove t*** he wouldn't even look at them.
