Review: PraxAir has been sending us bills for 3 months for unused services. I have called [redacted] at the distribution center to discuss the matter and my calls are not returned or I have been hung up on. We stopped using their services because they were so unreliable and failed to deliver the product on time or at all. On one of my many phone calls to complain about their services, I was told that my order couldn't be filled because they had more important customers.Desired Settlement: Praxair needs to stop sending us bills. We are not using their services.
