New roof with year warranty had 8-leaks, never repaired properly by the company, always blamed HVAC or others, and were unprofessional and unsafe
New Roof installed FEB by Prattco Roofing, and given a 2YR Workmanship warrantyShortly after, leaks were developed in March (leaks) April leaks, May Leaks and June leaksEach time, they came out on the warranty, but the damage was either not contained or contained but more leaks occurredOn the last occasion in June 5th, they arrived, and several of the employees reported that the roofer's were working in the drop ceiling with a drill on a short ladder with a rubber trash can on top step turned upside down with one standing on it and one of the guys holding it in place.They said he almost fell several timesUnprofessional, unsafe, and obviously they did what minimum they could to allow the warranty to slowly expire in FEB it will expireThey did not do the work and blame the HVAC always for the leaks which is det
