Review: I graduated from Pratt with an MLIS. I became disable 5 years ago and before that homeless. Nelnet looked over the report from my doctor and came to the decision that I was disable and they would pay back any unpaid student loans and they have. My problem is with Pratt and their financial director, Vincent R[redacted]. Nelnet sent more than once the instructions and forms to clear any outstanding loans with Pratt and was never answered, they called and received the same response. These items have to be waived and submitted due to the fact that I am disable. Here is Mr. R[redacted]' email address and office number. [redacted] and ###-###-####Desired Settlement: and correct my credit, being my loan was deferred and which their third party biller does not comprehend. This has caused my health to become worse (depression) Here is their third party billers address [redacted]. This should be done without anymore excuses, delays or time lapsed.
