As with the amount of time it took the business to respond to you, it took to correspond with usAlso, as with their response to you, same as ours, their response tip toes around the request for the itemized expenditure listThere wasn't any other services rendered after the letter as the case was finalized in December Every attempt we made to receive the funds was redirected with a completely different excuse every timeIt was also made known during the consultation that I was hiring *** personally, *** never attended a hearing with us*** *** attended the hearingsHe retains his own practice, if we wanted to have him represent us we would have gone through his practiceAny supporting documents needed are available upon requestI was suggested to me the first time I requested the return of the balance that I maintain it with them in the event I ever needed their services againI denied and told them I wanted the credit returned to me
