Review: I purchased a pair of speakers from this company for $84.99. $43.49 shipping and handling. they were defective from the factory. I sent them back per sellers instructions in the box with the packing materials they came with on 1-5-2014 for $28.00 postage. a month went by with no response I e-mailed and they told me they were in fact defective and were going to send them back to the manufacter. another month went by with no response.I emailed again and was told they were waiting for the manufacters authorization.I waited two months with no reply.emailed them again and was told by [redacted] he would take care of it.2 weeks later my replacement speakers arrived not in a factory box but in a flat rate usps box so overstuffed the postal clerk made me pay $26.70 postage due before she would give them to me.of course they were damaged due to this method of shipping.there was no receipt no factory box no mounting hardware no owners manual all these things I sent to them upon return. just speakers with a damaged grill.they refuse to pay for the postage due upon there return. and tell me I should send the grills back before they can get me new ones. this is going to cost me even more shipping.total price of shipping $98.19. price of the speakers $84.99.and I after almost 5 months I still have damaged speakers. and they want me to spend more money on shipping them back. today [redacted] tells me we can no longer correspond thru [redacted] and ignores my messages. could be because [redacted] logs all emails from buyers and sellers for fraud purposes.Desired Settlement: at the very least I want reimbusment for the postage due in the amount of $26.70 the factory box, owners manual and hardware returned"this is my property" or the new box and gear Im sure the manufacter gave them, with a prepaid postage label so I can return the damaged parts
