Prana Gi Company

Review: I placed an order for a Gold Weave Gi ($165) and a White Belt ($35), totalling a value of $200. I received a receipt by email and my credit card was charged. After no word for two weeks I inquired about the status of my order through their contact form on their website. In response I was given a tracking number and told my package should have arrived. Through contact with USPS I learned my package had been lost. I again emailed Prana Gi Company about package insurance and received no response. I filed a claim with USPS only to learn that my $200 package had only been insured for $50. After contacting Prana Gi Company again I was told they would "look into it", "get back to me tomorrow", and that they would send a replacement if all else failed. I have received no further communication from them since then and further inquiries have been ignored. At the time of writing this, fifty-eight (58) days have passed since initially placing my order.Desired Settlement: Either a refund, less the $50 of shipping insurance collected, or a replacement of the lost order would be acceptable; although I am no longer sure I want to wear or display this brand. In the future, fully insuring orders would greatly aid in customer satisfaction in the event of a mishap.
