I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have only had the car a month before it broke down. I called Mr. [redacted] an he at first was willing to fix the car when my husband called. When I called him for myself he got very rude and vulgar in response when asking can I have my car towed for repairs. I responded back asking to the Revdex.com asking for time to catch up on my payments due to me having to come out of pocket to fix a car I.jus put a down payment on. He recommended the car to me and.my husband as a reliable car for me and my kids. I will resume paying him but I need tome to get caught up, I'm still paying for the repairs of the vehicle he did at one time agree to fix. Phone calls are recorded.

 The car broke down after a month of having it. I did go to him for help he didn't have to get rude. If he is not going to fix it that's fine at least allow me time to catch up on my payments and get the car fixed. I have kids and it was my only transportation.
