Prairie Custom Meats

Review: I went into Prairie Custom Meats to pick up an order for my sister. She had a half a beef processed through this company. When I entered the business it smelled foul and rancid. The floor had blood, meat and what looked to be excrement on it. While waiting for someone to retrieve my sister's order, I waited in the front area. While waiting, a worker opened a door to a coolor or freezer and I saw animal carcasses hanging inside (which is to be expected in a butcher shop), but it seemed like there was an awful lot of fuzzy stuff growing on the hanging animals in the meat locker. I asked a worker about the smell and they brushed it off with a joke, but it was pretty disturbing.Desired Settlement: I just want to know that eating meat processed from this establishment is safe. I'm worried about my sister and her kids eating the meat that came from that smelly place. What if they get sick? I would feel a lot better if it was checked out.
